Lachlan Burr

Born in Sydney, New South Wales, Burr played his junior football for the Revesby Heights Rhinos before being signed by the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.

Lachlan was a talented youngster who attended Picnic Point High school and represented the Australian Schoolboys side in 2010

During school, Lachlan also played for the Bulldogs' NYC team from 2009 to 2012 with great success, earning his spot in the Bulldogs 2013 and now 2014 NRL squad.

Lachlan played most of 2013 in the Bulldogs NSW Cup side where he let his footy do the talking, winning the Bulldogs NSW Cup Player of the Year award and sparking the interest of NRL Head Coach Des Hasler.

In Round 25 of the 2013 NRL season, Burr made his NRL debut and helped the Bulldogs to a 34-14 win against the Penrith Panthers.

An apprentice builder and former Australian Schoolboy, the tough second rower is expected to play a big role for the team in 2014.
